Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
ALL orders are ship from China.We ship to all countries in the European Union (EU). For B2B bulk orders, we also support shipping to non-EU countries upon request.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. We will notify you via email if there is any delay in processing your order.
3. Delivery Time & Shipping Methods
We use reliable international logistics providers for shipping. The estimated delivery time to EU countries is **7-15 business days** from the date of dispatch.
- **Standard Shipping (for orders under 5kg)**: 7-15 business days, with tracking number provided.
- **Bulk Shipping (for orders over 5kg / B2B orders)**: We will provide a customized shipping quote based on the order weight and destination, with options for air freight or sea freight.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order weight, destination, and shipping method, and will be displayed at checkout.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are **not included** in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order to understand the applicable fees.
6. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel on the logistics provider's official website.
7. Shipping Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, force majeure, or other factors beyond our control. We will assist you in tracking the parcel and resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
